These are a few marketing renderings of a larger deliverable for an industrial-turned-residential conversion project located in Lowell, MA. As the CG lead, my role included, but not limited to, CAD data ingestion/cleanup, exterior and interior modeling, lighting, texturing, set dressing, scene assembly, and post-production.
